LEAD 640: Action Research I: Technology and Research Methods (3 s.h.) This course introduces the student to the use of data collection and statistical analysis. Students will learn the techniques of collecting, tabulating, classifying, presenting, and analyzing social and economic data. This course also introduces the student to the role of information technology within the organization and how to incorporate electronic commerce, and mobile computing into an organization. It is in this course that the student will identify his/her thesis, state the problem, determine his/her research methodology and statistics, and will begin his/her literature review.
