LEAD 623: Multicultural Global Leadership (3 s.h.) This course discusses the cultural values, norms, institutions, and significant issues of both national and international actors, governments and nonprofit organizations with regard to the role of leadership in cultural decision-making. There is an emphasis on the impact of innovations in transportation, communication and virtual reality that are breaking down borders between peoples across nation-states. The consequence of a �flat earth� on traditional cultural ideologies and perspectives is explored with regard to ethical decision-making and transformative leadership.
