Mandatory Membership Intake Seminar

TO: ALL STUDENTS SEEKING MEMBERSHIP INTO A SORORITY or FRATERNITY and B-CU 

FROM: THE OFFICE OF GREEK LIFE 

Bethune-Cookman University instituted a Mandatory Membership Intake Seminar Fall 2012. This seminar has been implemented to relay critical information on Greek Life, University policies and procedures, and our zero tolerance stance on Hazing. No will be permitted to join a fraternity or sorority at Bethune-Cookman University, who has not attended one of the mandatory seminars.


Seminars will begin on time and last for one hour. Doors are locked PROMPTLY at start of session. If you are late, you will not be allowed in and must register for a another session. Please do not wait until the last minute to register. It is up to you to make time to attend one of the many sessions listed below:

Franklin Beckwith '59 Donates $60,000 to B-CU

Franklin Beckwith, who is blind, couldn’t see the expanse of the current campus. But, he said he wants to be a part of educating the next generation and contribute to the school’s growth. Thus, he proudly delivered a check for $60,000 to Bethune-Cookman University, and quietly asked that the funds be used to help current students pay for their education.
