User Support Services

The mission of User Support Services is to enhance the productivity of the University community and to empower our users by making information technology accessible.  We will achieve this by providing a customer-focused, single point of contact, for quality IT services and technical support.

Some of the services provided by User Support include: IT Help Desk to service user problems, questions, and requests;

  • KACE software to manage help desk calls and our campus computer hardware/software inventory;
  • Windows desktop development and rollout of computer updates;
  • Management and support of student general computer access and resident hall labs;
  • User documentation;

The CIT User Support and help desk staff are dedicated to providing prompt and courteous service to the campus community in support of Windows and MAC computers.

Franklin Beckwith '59 Donates $60,000 to B-CU

Franklin Beckwith, who is blind, couldn’t see the expanse of the current campus. But, he said he wants to be a part of educating the next generation and contribute to the school’s growth. Thus, he proudly delivered a check for $60,000 to Bethune-Cookman University, and quietly asked that the funds be used to help current students pay for their education.
