Welcome to the Center for Information Technology HelpDesk. The HelpDesk is the first point-of-contact for services provided by CIT. We offer a wide variety of technical assistance to B-CU's faculty, staff and students, which includes resetting passwords, troubleshooting printers, hardware and software support, and more.
