Account Information

User Support Services, a division of the Center for Information Technology provides assistance in most areas on campus in their hardware/software issues, password support and voicemail support. This division is your first tier of support for your technology resources such as AS400, Wildcat Web, telephone, BlackBoard. If you are having problems with your technology needs, please send your request to helpdesk@cookman.edu. Once logged into our system, we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. Listed below is the necessary information needed to swiftly complete your request in most cases. Please follow the procedures below, no password information will be given over the phone.

Students

In order to obtain account information such as (email password, Wildcat Web access, BlackBoard and etc.) please email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information in the body of the email:

A. First name, Last name, Middle initial
B. Last four digits of Social Security Number
C. Contact telephone number
D. Student ID number if available

For voicemail access issues, email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information:

A. Telephone extension
B. Dormitory Name / Room Number

Faculty/Staff

In order for faculty/staff to obtain account information for access such as (AS400, Wildcat Web, BlackBoard, email password) please email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information in the body of the email:

A. First name, Last name, Middle initial
B. Contact telephone number
C. Faculty/Staff ID number if available
