Account Information

User Support Services, a division of the Center for Information Technology provides assistance in most areas on campus in their hardware/software issues, password support and voicemail support. This division is your first tier of support for your technology resources, Wildcat Web, telephone, BlackBoard. If you are having problems with your technology needs, please send your request to helpdesk@cookman.edu. Once logged into our system, we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner. Listed below is the necessary information needed to swiftly complete your request in most cases. Please follow the procedures below, no password information will be given over the phone.

Students

There are a couple of ways to get your account information for Wildcat Web, Webmail, Blackboard, or network login. If you are a new first-time student who registered early this information may have been mailed to you. If you did not receive this information in the mail you can get it in two ways:

  1. On campus:  visit CIT Help Desk (Bldg. 585 beside the Registrar’s Office).  Be sure you bring your student ID or a picture ID with you.
  2. If you are not able to come onto campus please email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information in the body of the email:

    • First name, Last name, Middle Initial
    • Last four digits of Social Security Number
    • Contact telephone number
    • Student ID number if available

Please note:  Due to federal FERPA laws which protect your privacy we can’t disclose account information over the phone.

Faculty and Staff

In order for faculty and staff to obtain account information for access such as (wildcat Web, Blackboard, email password) please email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information in the body of the email:

  1. First name, Last name, Middle Initial
  2. Contact telephone number
  3. Faculty/Staff ID number if available

For Voicemail access issues, email helpdesk@cookman.edu with the following information:

  1. Telephone extension
  2. Building Name/Room Number

B-CU Celebrates 110 Years on Founder's Day

B-CU is pleased to announce the Founder’s Day program celebrating academic excellence under the theme, “110 years of Wildcat Fever: Do You See What I See?” This event will take place at 10:10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 3 in the Mary McLeod Bethune Performing Arts Center.
