Room Selection

The Department of Residence Life is committed to providing on-campus housing to the greatest number of students possible. Looking ahead to fall 2012, we anticipate a high volume of students returning to live on campus. Due to our limited number of spaces available, we highly recommend that you begin to encourage your student to take advantage of our Room Selection process.

Room Selection is the process in which current Bethune-Cookman University students select campus housing in the Spring semester for the next academic year. Only eligible students will be able to participate in this process.  In order to become eligible students must:

The Room Selection process will be held on March 31st in the Wildcat Student Lounge, located in the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) at 8:00 am. This process is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED!!! Please encourage your student to arrive as early as possible. Space on campus is limited. Students who participate in the Room Selection process will select a room and/or roommate and must be FINANCIALLY CLEARED for the FALL semester by June 30th 2012. Students who are not financially cleared by this date will lose their selected space and be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.

Students will have opportunities to learn more about this process by attending informational meetings, visiting various information tables around campus, bulletin boards and speaking with a Residence Life staff member.
