Mission
The Primary Function
The University Chaplain serves as the Director of Religious Life to respond to the spiritual needs of faculty, staff and students through a ministry of care and compassion. This position directs and coordinates chaplain ministries designed to develop the spiritual lives of students, faculty and staff of Bethune-Cookman University. In addition, the Office of Religious Life promotes ecumenical and interfaith cooperation of campus to facilitate and support the development of programs that address important religious, moral and ethical questions of the day.
