Our Vision is to be a preeminent extension of the legacy of Bethune-Cookman University founder, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, by being a model educational and training incubator that meticulously and effectively melds the expertise of leading  educators and researchers with state-of-the-art technology to produce high quality healthcare practitioners, who exhibit heartfelt concern for the needs, well-being and interests of all people, regardless of color, gender, sexual orientation, geography and economic status.

Mission

The Mission of the College of Health Sciences is to educate diverse health professionals who are scholarly, servant-leaders, and culturally competent trailblazers committed to addressing health disparities with high ethical and moral standards.

Rev. John Harrington is Keynote Speaker and Honorary Degree Recipient at Bethune-Cookman University (B-CU) Spring Commencement

Daytona Beach, Florida – Bethune-Cookman University is preparing to graduate 325 students at its 2015 Spring Commencement Exercises at 12 noon on Wednesday, 13 May at The Ocean Center (101 North Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL). The Keynote Speaker is Reverend John W. Harrington, Chairman of Board of Trustees and also one of three Honorary Degree recipients.
