Student Life Skills & Freshman Orientation
Student Life Skills (SLS) courses and Freshman Orientation are designed to increase academic and learning potential. Students will gain a unique advantage in future classes and the workplace with the survival and success skills taught in the CARES SLS courses.
The Student Life Skills and Freshman Orientation Department offers workshops that address organizational and study skills, college success strategies, testing anxiety, critical thinking and personal development.
